CHOOSE AMERICA DIAMONDS HOTEL
America Diamonds is a 3-star hotel, with a cosmopolitan, practical and welcoming atmosphere, located in the heart of Lisbon.
The perfect location is our business card, a short 8-minute walk from Parque Eduardo VII, Marquês do Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade, and a 25-minute walk from Baixa Chiado.
The Picoas metro station is located right in front of the hotel entrance, with a few minutes' connection to the city's main tourist attractions, train station and airport.
For customers who choose to travel by car, the hotel has a partnership with a car park very close, so that our customers can have a safe and quick option.
The Hotel was renovated this year, with the comfort and satisfaction of our customers in mind.
RECEPTION AND SERVICE
The reception of the America Diamonds hotel is open 24 hours a day, to meet all the needs of our guests.
At the service counter there is an acrylic to separate the receptionist from the guests, in order to create a physical distance barrier, also outlined by a signaling tape on the floor.
If you have any requests, just dial the 9 button on your room phone. Our receptionists will be ready to help, with safety measures always a priority.
At Check Out, the customer only has to put his key in an existing box on the counter.
For the safety of all guests and staff, it is mandatory to wear a mask in the common areas.
We have disposable masks available for sale at the reception desk, as well as disinfectant and a Kit consisting of: a disposable mask, gloves and a disinfectant wipe.
Continental menu served between 7 am and 11 am in the restaurant, upon prior reservation. Seats are limited in order to maintain a safe distance.
From 01.11.2020 breakfast will be served in the room (Room Service) since the breakfast room will be closed indefinitely.
Between noon until 11:30 pm we have Snack & Drink service available in Room Service.
Unfortunately not all hotel services and facilities are available. At the moment the laundry service is not available to customers.
Cleaning of the rooms is done only at the request of the client.
The maintenance service is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.
Flexible / refundable rate
Due to the current situation, we urge you not to cancel your reservation, preferably change your dates. The change is only subject to the price difference of the daily tariff.
Reservations made directly with us can be changed until the end of the year 2021.
You can change the date of your reservation, even if you have booked a non-refundable rate. The change will be possible as long as your request is received at least 7 days prior to arrival, and that the change involves the same number of nights or more than your initial reservation.
Applicable for new or existing direct bookings. If a deposit has been paid, it can be used as a credit on a future reservation until the end of 2021.
For reservations made by a travel agent or online booking platform (OTA), you should contact your agent or the platform where you made the reservation.
GUIDELINES TO CUSTOMERS
Keep the recommended distances.
Constantly disinfect your hands. Disinfectants will be available at various points in the hotel.
If you cough or sneeze, always cover your nose and mouth with your arm, or use paper, but put it in the trash immediately.
We meticulously comply with the requirements of the Clean & Safe certification, awarded by Turismo de Portugal, of which we highlight:
All employees wear a mask and visor in all functions.
Our surfaces and common areas are disinfected several times a day.

Our rooms do not have rugs or carpets, in order to comply with the rules of the Health Department.
