Position – Reception
Welcoming and assisting guests in accordance with the hotel’s internal procedures; answering questions, advising, and supporting guests; selling and promoting services available at the hotel and through partners; handling guest check-in and check-out, as well as all tasks related to the smooth operation of the reception.
Profile: strong communication skills; excellent presentation; customer-oriented attitude; flexible, proactive, with initiative and team spirit.
Requirements: professional experience in reception/front desk work; training in Hospitality or Tourism (preferred); experience with Newhotel hospitality software will be valued; language skills — English (required) and French (considered an asset); good communication skills; focus on customer service and guest satisfaction; ability to work as part of a team.
